About the Job: Key objectives of this Role • Grow, maintain, and capitalize On a highly qualified pipeline of opportunities across multiple market segments; • Deliver quality service to ensure customer success and enable account expansion from pilot to roll-out to expansion; • Establish key strategic partnerships across multiple regions of the United States to support ForwardX’s growth across various segments; Responsibilities: • Research target accounts to identify sales and business development opportunities; • Craft and conduct personalized outreach to initiate communication with key stakeholders within target accounts and deliver valuable content across multiple channels to nurture sales and business development opportunities; • Lead sales and business development meetings from discovery calls and solution presentation to contract negotiations and signing; • Lead ForwardX’s local team through effective collaboration with cross-departmental stakeholders, such as technical sales engineers and deployment engineers, to unify understanding and deliver high-quality projects from data collection and On-site surveys to project deployment and go-live; • Manage, track, and deliver regular reports On pipeline status and performance to ensure continuous improvement; • Work with external partners to identify and execute joint sales and marketing strategies to drive channel growth; • Work with partners and internal teams to set partnership goals and objectives and perform monthly and quarterly partner reviews of goals and adjust forecasts; • Own team revenue targets and ensure wider sales goals are met within agreed-upon time constraints; About You: Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or relevant experience; MBA preferred; • 5 years of experience in sales within a high-value, B2B environment and demonstrated success in growing revenue; experience selling within the warehousing industry preferred; • Extensive knowledge of warehousing operations or WMS systems; high technical or engineering aptitude preferred; • Strong social skills and excellent communication skills with an ability to adjust approaches based On the audience; • Fluent in English; working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese preferred; Values required: • Responsible – You take responsibility for the result and show accountability for your team’s work; in other words, you stand up when others stay seated. • Systematic – You prefer to work within a structured process or environment and, therefore, strive to establish and develop systems for your work and the work of those around you • Entrepreneurial You are always looking for ways to solve problems and appreciate that it is up to us to go out and make things happen; • Detail-oriented You understand that the difference between something good and something great is attention to detail; • Inquisitive You are not afraid of doing things you’ve never done before because you inquire, independently research, and ask questions; • Motivated You are able to self-motivate and motivate those around you to meet the high expectations you set for yourself and others; • Composed You are experienced in and excel when working to time-bound targets and actively seek to meet and exceed the targets set.
